- Why is there a line under the comments?
- The site owner is on the free Hobby plan, which carries a small credit line instead of a bill. It is the only thing the free plan asks for, and a paid plan removes it.
- Is EchoThread tracking me?
- No. We run no advertising network and no third-party analytics, and echothread.io itself carries no analytics tag. We store what a comment needs to exist and to be moderated, and nothing about readers who never comment.
- I own the site. How do I remove the line?
- Upgrade to Starter. It is $50 a year or $5 a month, removes the line on every site on the account, and adds per-site analytics, webhooks and API tokens. Nothing about your existing comments changes.
- I left a comment and want it gone.
- Sign in with the address you used and delete it, or ask the site owner — they can remove any comment on their own site. If you cannot reach either, our privacy page explains how to ask us directly.
